Company Culture Councils

Within company “Culture Councils” are “cousins” of Culture Ambassadors Chapters but they operate very differently.  We prefer the word “Council” but Club, Team, and Group could just as well be used.

Culture Ambassadors Chapters are about activities external to an employees company— external networking and learning with outside like minded people.

Culture Councils are about employees identifying, researching, planning, and implementing culture projects internal to the company.  Councils are action oriented. Councils operate from the inside out which is the right way to support culture changes.  

We believe there will be a time when most company’s seeking a positive employee culture will have a Culture Council.  The Academy would love to provide assistance to launch the Councils.
